In the metallographic sample preparation process, the grinding and
polishing of the sample are indispensable procedures. After the
sample is polished, a mirror-like surface can be obtained. The
MP-2B metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine adopts
frequency converter to adjust the speed, which can make the speed
of the grinding and polishing disk steplessly adjustable between
50-1000r/min. The grinding and polishing of the sample can be
completed by replacing the metallographic sandpaper and polishing
fabric. The polishing process shows a wider range of applicability.
The double-disc design can be operated by two persons at the same
time. The shell adopts integral plastic suction technology. It has
novel appearance and features such as stable rotation, low noise,
convenient operation and high work efficiency. It also has a
cooling device that can be tested during grinding and polishing.
The sample is cooled to prevent damage to the metallographic
structure due to overheating of the sample. It is suitable for the
